This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you ask for a quote or book with Minibus Plus. We only collect what we need to quote for and run your trip, and we never sell your details.
Who we are
Minibus Plus is a trading name of Top Mops Limited (company number 07946117), registered office Cavendish Court, 56 Melville Street, Sandown, Isle of Wight PO36 8LF. Top Mops Limited is the data controller for your details and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

What we collect
When you ask for a quote, by our website form, phone or email, we collect:
- your name, phone number and email address
- the details of your trip, such as pick-up and destination, date, times, number of passengers, and anything you add in the notes
- for schools, clubs and companies, the name of the organisation
If you book, we also keep a record of the booking and of your payment. Please don’t include sensitive personal information, such as health details, in the notes unless it’s needed for your trip.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send you a quote, arrange and run your booking, and contact you about it, for example to confirm times. We keep booking and payment records to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
We don’t send marketing messages, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Our legal basis for using your details is that it’s needed to take steps you’ve asked for before a booking and to carry out the booking (contract), and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t become a booking, we delete your details after 12 months.
If you book, we keep booking and payment records for six years, as required for tax purposes, and other booking details for 12 months after your trip.
Our website
Our website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use them, and to have them passed to you in a portable format. To make a request, email hello@minibus-plus.com or call 01983 403040. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, please tell us first and we’ll try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
