How booking works for schools
- 1Email or call with the date, times, destination and numbers. Written quote back to you as quick as we can.
- 2Confirm by email or purchase order and we send written confirmation of the booking.
- 3We turn up on time. Invoice after the trip, 30 days to pay.
- 4Cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge — weather happens.
Every trip quoted in writing
No standard rates. Every trip is quoted on the date, the destination, the time on site and the numbers — and sent by email so it can go straight on a purchase order. Term-time regulars and whole-school events are quoted for the year in one go.

Are your drivers DBS-checked?
Yes, every driver holds an enhanced DBS. We can confirm the details in writing for your records.
What are the supervision rules?
The school's ratios apply and a member of staff travels with the pupils. We drive; we don't supervise.
Is there wheelchair access?
Unfortunately not — our minibuses aren't wheelchair accessible.
Can you take more than one class?
Yes — tell us the total and we'll run more than one vehicle, leaving and arriving together.
